JDS Cherry Perpetual Plaque PPQ24

This cherry finish perpetual plaque features a rich woodgrain look with black routed lines that create a clean, structured layout for both the header plate and individual name plates. The contrast provides a professional, high-visibility display that stands out in any office, lobby, or workspace.

Designed for ongoing recognition programs like Employee of the Month, years of service, or achievement awards, each plaque includes a customizable header plate and space for 12, 18, or 24 individual plates.

Note: this plaque does not come with all plates included. The price includes the header plate and the first individual plate only. Additional plates can be engraved and added over time as your program grows.
