About

Arch Engraving was founded in 1968 by Fred Prasuhn in Kirkwood, Missouri. In 2003, the Collier family acquired the business and continued to operate in the original building at 106 N. Kirkwood Road until 2011. From 2011 to 2015, our main production facility was located in a 100+ year-old school building in South St. Louis County. In 2015, we moved into our current headquarters in Fenton, Missouri, while continuing to maintain an active office and showroom in Kirkwood—just as we have since the beginning.

We are proud to be veteran-owned and operated. In 2019, the U.S. Small Business Administration named us the Veteran-Owned Small Business of the Year for Eastern Missouri. We were also honored to receive the national Large Retailer of the Year award from the Awards & Personalization Association (APA) for 2021–2022.

Arch Engraving operates two convenient locations in the St. Louis metro area and can ship anywhere in the United States.

Turnaround Times

We take pride in saying "Yes" to most customer requests as part of our WOW Service approach. Here's what you can expect:

• Most routine orders are completed within 5 to 7 business days after artwork approval.
• Rush services may be available depending on stock, workload, holidays, and other factors. An expedite fee may apply—ask your sales rep for details.
• Some products, like cast bronze plaques, may require additional time (e.g., up to 4 weeks).
• For best results, start your project early and respond promptly to artwork proofs.

Our Growth

We've expanded our capabilities and reach through several key acquisitions:

• 2022 – Acquired the assets of Custom Crystal & Glass, known for custom crystal and glass awards and gifts.
• 2021 – Acquired the assets of Aubuchon Laser, which specialized in industrial parts marking.
• 2017 – Acquired Major Promo Group, originally founded in 1962 as Major Trophy Company by Sandy Breadman. Sandy’s daughter, Sheryl, later rebranded the business as Major Promo Group before selling it to Arch Engraving when she relocated to Florida.
• 2015 – Acquired Stiern Laser. Our headquarters and manufacturing operations are now based in their former Fenton facility, and we continue to operate under the “Stiern Laser” and “SL Engraving” names.
